Walkthrough
Caelan at the guild hall in Sapphoine blocks your entry. Either acquire 20 reputation with good deeds, or help them recover the stolen golden fleece tabard. The Caelan believes the bandits in The Red Bluff are responsible, but they have yet to be found.
