[[Guild Guard]] at the guild hall in [[Sapphoine]] blocks your entry. Either aquire 20 reputation with good deeds, or help them recover the stolen golden fleece. The [Guild Guard] believes the bandits in [The Red Bluff] are responsible, but they have yet to be found.
 
Chanda can be found with her brother at a campfire outside Surefall Glade, /loc 4995, 105. She periodically wanders away so you may have to wait for her to return.
